I have been in the customer experience & community space for over 3 years. I accidentally found this world of community during the start of the pandemic and haven’t turned back since. Beyond working in customer experience and community, I also love writing and baking.

With my background at a start up I am familiar with aligning community and business goals by defining the community's purpose, identifying target members, crafting impactful content, and fostering open communication to nurture a sense of belonging among members by actively seeking feedback, analyzing KPI and OKR metrics, and paying attention to the evolving needs of the members.
