Experienced community buider in the developer space

Hello, I'm Theo. I've been supporting developer communities for 10+ years.

I started my career at Skills Matter, London's iconic hub for developers to learn and share ideas. There, I organised and promoted meetups, conferences and trainings designed for developers.

I then led marketing at Cucumber, a popular OSS developer tool (40 million downloads). The company exited to SmartBear, a well-known tool vendor in Boston.

In recent years I've focused more energy on supporting and building developer communities. At Quix, I led their community effort which focused on brand awareness, lead generation and product development. During my time I initiated a new meetup programme in Berlin, London, and Munich as well as overseeing a global events program and project managing a successful OSS release.
