Community Builder and Manager

Community Manager, graduated in Chemical Engineering, but almost future astronomer. Passionate about the power of unique experiences, human connections and education.

I've worked with women's empowerment in Peru with AIESEC, I'm a volunteer leader and director at CISV and I was a co-founder of the startup "Flow | School for life". I was able to see the power of collective transformation and I learned about managing projects, people and communities.

In these past (almost) 5 years working professionally with ​​communities, I was also able to create bridges with the areas of marketing, branding, product, content and innovation.

The focus for me is finding the match between the interests of all stakeholders in a community working on culture and engagement, through building experiences, promoting connections and learning and always measuring success through data analysis and metrics.

My best skills are critical analysis, problem solving and creating new projects/processes based on data, as well as facilitating connections.
