Open Source community builder, life long learner, diversity and inclusion advocate

I started my community journey in 2001 officially, when I learnt with publicly available information everything I needed to know about web development and server administration. I dived into Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL and many others, but only truly learnt about the the active community side when I joined a global company to do Developer Relations, or what we called it back then, evangelism and audience marketing. I went from the technical side of content creation to program management over the years, led Developer Relations strategy and built an Open Source Program Office for a developer company.
I believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and am an active member of the disabled community. I advocate for equity in our tech industry and encourage you to do the same.
