I have 10 years of sales and customer relations experience. For the past 6 years I have been developing and executing community strategies, programs, and reporting frameworks for B2B and B2C SaaS companies. I recently received my Community MBA certification from CMX and I am certified as both a Community moderator and manager.
In each of my roles I have worn many hats. Most recently, at Airtable I spearheaded their platform migration, developed their first community report, launched new engagement programs, and revamped their Community product ideation process. I have owned many programs from A-Z, including internal alignment, KPIs, timelines, budget, and vendor management.
I am passionate about community building, customer success, community driven product led growth, and I believe in the power of kindness and collaboration. Through my experience, nothing is more impactful than building a strong sense of community amongst customers to increase knowledge sharing, quality and quantity of interactions, retention, and adoption.
What motivates me is that feeling when I have helped a customer either professionally and/or personally. Whether that is helping the to find answers quickly to solve a challenge they are facing or to provide recognition that is visible to their peers and leadership.
