My project management experience began with coordinating complex initiatives at INCmty, overseeing national programs that pushed the boundaries of entrepreneurship and innovation. Managing these projects required technical expertise, the ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaboration, and align every project element with a broader vision of social impact and sustainability.

As Program Manager and Coordinator of Operations at INCmty, I led the HEINEKEN Green Challenge, a sustainable business initiative that impacted thousands of entrepreneurs in southeastern Mexico. Here, I honed my skills in coordinating large-scale initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation with an ethical focus.
