Hi, I’m Katie 👋 My roots are in hospitality and people-centered roles—from HR and onboarding to employee experience and training—so community has always been at the heart of what I do. I’ve built my career around creating environments where people feel welcome, informed, and empowered, whether that’s a hotel lobby, a team kickoff, or a virtual support space.
One milestone I’m proud of: leading a staff restructuring and onboarding overhaul that not only saved money but helped 400+ employees feel more confident and connected in their roles. That’s when I realized my zone of genius lives at the intersection of clear communication, thoughtful systems, and genuine human care.
I’m passionate about building belonging, especially in digital spaces. I’ve been part of several virtual communities that supported me through career pivots, chronic illness, and creative growth, and I now want to give back by helping others navigate change with clarity and compassion.
